Ordering Process
We accept orders directly through Instagram DM or Little Red Book DM. Orders via BASE are only possible during regular sales periods. However, through SNS DM orders, we can sometimes create products that are not currently listed for sale. Therefore, we recommend contacting us via DM.

Delivery Date Information

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges only for unused and unopened products. The following conditions apply for returns or exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period, so please be aware of this in advance.
2. No Returns or Exchanges for Personal Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., if you don't like the design or size).
3. Returns or Exchanges for Defective Products
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective. The shipping costs for returns or exchanges in case of defective products are borne by us.

Refund Policy
For orders placed through BASE, payment is required upfront, and cancellations are not possible. If returned products arrive at our store, we will process a refund through PayPal. Any fees related to the refund (e.g., PayPal transfer fees) will be borne by the customer, so please be aware of this in advance.

Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected. Refunds will be issued using Wise (formerly TransferWise) to the customer’s bank account.

- Refund Fees: Any fees associated with the transfer (e.g., Wise transfer fees) will be borne by the customer.

不可因个人原因退换货
因不喜欢设计、尺寸等个人原因而产生的退换货申请,本店一概不予受理。
有缺陷时的退换货
仅在商品存在缺陷的情况下,我们才会受理退换货。商品缺陷导致的退换货所需运费将由本店承担。
关于退款
对于通过BASE下单的订单,需要在下单时支付全款,无法取消订单。若商品退回本店并确认无误后,我们将通过PayPal进行退款。由于退款产生的手续费(如PayPal转账手续费等)需由顾客承担,敬请谅解。
退款详情
对于退回本店的商品,在我们确认商品无误后会进行退款。退款将通过Wise(原TransferWise)转至顾客的银行账户。

退款时效:退货商品到达并确认后,我们会在7个工作日内完成退款流程
